Rich has been a part of ASARB for over 25 years. He is the director of Research Services for the Church of the Nazarene Global Ministry Center.

Erica is the Associate Director of Research at the Lake Institute on Faith & Giving. She has served on the ASARB executive committee for several years, assuming the presidency in 2022.
